Location: Dunstable, we have a fantastic hybrid working environment, you’ll need to be in the office at least 2 days per week but the rest of your week can be flexible to what works best for you and your role.

Package: Competitive basic salary + 10% bonus, Pension, BUPA Healthcare.

This is a very exciting opportunity to develop, embed and continuously improve the quality of our data structuring, this is used by senior stakeholders so you will have an opportunity to work with some of our amazing colleagues on a daily basis. 

Inside the role:

  • Gather requirements for new/enhanced data visualisation/reporting based on BI backlog
  • Present back to stakeholders with your findings.
  • Develop high quality visualisation within Tableau or PowerBI, iterating efficiently via feedback from the commissioning function/team/user.
  • Develop new/enhanced reporting and/or visualisation of data to support effective
  • decision-making.
  • analytics to drive efficient development of queries and ad-hoc reporting
  • Use SQL and if necessary other languages (e.g. R, Python) to prepare data for application in automated/scheduled reporting and visualisation, and in support of self-serve analytics (e.g. via Tableau Desktop)
  • Contribute to an IT development backlog and work with 3rd party providers to deliver new datasets and enhancement to existing data and systems
  • Support Head of Decision Science and other commercial managers in answering ad-hoc analytical or data quality queries.


We’re open to you:

  • Experience with Power BI and SQL. 
  • Good understanding of KPIs and commercial levers used to drive performance
  • Good understanding of data structures and systems used to deliver BI
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Good SQL development skills
  • Strong/intermediate Tableau and/or PowerBI skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong communications skills with ability to listen to, and replay requirements using simple, non-technical language
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate into data/visualisation requirements
