As General Manager, you’ll:
Report directly to the Regional Operations Manager while leading a high‑performing management and front‑of‑house team. You’ll take full accountability for the site’s P&L, drive sales and commercial performance, and maximise every revenue opportunity. You’ll champion Table Table brand standards, maintain excellent health and safety compliance, and build a positive, inclusive culture that delivers consistently great guest experiences.
About you
You’re a confident, people‑focused leader with experience running high‑volume, guest‑facing hospitality operations—ideally within a branded restaurant environment. Commercially strong and passionate about developing teams, you’re ready to take ownership and position the Smugglers Retreat as a go‑to dining destination in Ramsgate.
