As General Manager, you’ll:
As General Manager, you’ll report directly to the Regional Operations Manager while leading a high‑performing team, driving sales, and maximising revenue opportunities. You’ll take full ownership of the site’s P&L, keep costs on track, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience. You’ll also champion brand standards, maintain top‑tier health and safety, and create a positive, motivated culture that delivers great results every day.
About you
You’re a natural leader with experience running high‑volume, guest‑facing operations—ideally within a branded environment. Commercially sharp, people‑focused, and passionate about hospitality, you’re ready to take ownership and make Crossbush Beefeater the go‑to destination in Arundel.
