- Proven experience at General Manager level in a high-volume, guest-facing environment—ideally branded.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and managing P&L.

- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences every time.
- Ability to champion brand standards and maintain top health & safety compliance.
