Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of a dynamic, growing organisation? We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our FP&A & Property Finance team, supporting strategic planning, modelling, and reporting across the Group.
What you'll be doing
Business Planning for the Group. This will include understanding the 5 year-plan and translating this into the budget and forecast– working closely with the relevant stakeholders to understand drivers and outputs ·
New Site Modelling ·Review current excel spreadsheet models, look for efficiencies and potential developments to enhance business understanding and reporting.
Work with FP&A Manager and wider team to provide timely and insightful reporting to FD, CFO and Exec/Board
Translate the internal plan into simple key external messages and guidance to allow Analysts/Investors to model future financial performance and ensure no misalignment
Provide ad-hoc support to the team as required (e.g. capital reporting, UK business plan, KPI decks)

What you'll need
This role will require someone with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build strong networks with Finance teams and teams across the organisation.
Good understanding of the core principles of investment and accounting processes
Experience from a similar analytical role (where finance acts as a key partner in driving and influencing business success).
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis within a muti-site or property focused environment.
Financial modelling – experience in developing, interrogating and delivering models to evaluate financial concepts.
