Function: HR (Talent & Capability)

As part of Talent & Capability team, we are looking for a Digital Learning Manager. You will feed into the Digital Learning work and strategy as well as building strong effective relationships with vendors to delivery the roadmap for digital learning. Deliver of digital learning solutions throughout the full lifecycle of conception, development, delivery, maintenance and evaluations.

What you will be doing:

 

  • Support the wider Talent & Capability Team to deliver fit for purpose digital and blended learning solutions  
  • Develop training material using a variety of authoring tools and host on our digital learning platforms 
  • Review and update eLearning courses to ensure they are current and reflect the business needs
  • Upskill and support the wider T&C team to ensure fit for purpose learning interventions are created 
  • Work as part of project teams and groups to establish appropriate training solutions, manage the development and delivery of new digital learning projects, project manager of third party developers as and when required, ensuring issues arising during analysis and design. 
  • Manage and support ongoing development of the Digital Learning Coordinator including 1:1s, team meetings and performance reviews 
  • Identify functionalities on our internal Learning Management System that could be used for business projects, provide 2nd line support for LMS quires. Work with the Talent & Capability Data and Administration Manager to ensure 1st line queries are handled effectively and accurately 
  • Work with the other Talent & Capability Managers to ensure that the deigital learning strategy develops and supports the overall T&C strategy

  • Extensive experience within digital learning and a passion for continuous development and improvement 
  • Prior experience of administering and maintaining a Learning Management System
  • Experience of digital learning content creation tools and instructional design
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and management with the ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines
  • Brilliant writing and editing skills, with proven ability to write a range of materials in different contexts, in a range of tones and styles 
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office 
  • Expert user of authorising and publishing software i.e Adobe Creative Suite or other media production tools
